Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ruthless Racing PWC, we take pride in supplying high-performance personal watercraft parts, custom-built components, and racing products to customers worldwide. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed according to product availability and fulfillment requirements.

In-stock products are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Custom-built, modified, machined, or special-order performance parts may require additional preparation and production time.
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
Customers will be notified of material shipping delays and provided applicable cancellation or refund options as required by law.

Processing estimates are not guarantees of delivery dates.

2. Custom & Special-Order Performance Parts

Certain products, including custom-pitched impellers, engine components, turbocharger systems, supercharger upgrades, and specially manufactured parts, may require additional production time.

Customers acknowledge that custom components may not be immediately available for shipment.

Custom production times vary depending on manufacturing requirements, parts availability, and specifications.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Ruthless Racing PWC ships throughout the United States and to eligible international destinations.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated during checkout or communicated before fulfillment.

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, and other government charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.
